On Sembreak and Shopping

Finally, today marks my first official "free" week! Quite honestly, i just want to bum around and relax, save for the months of stress that i've had last sem. It's not all work and no play of course, but I just want to relish these moments wherein I have the liberty to do NOTHING~ haha, except for the 4-day seminar i'll be attending from Thursday-Sunday, which I am presuming to be fun and memorable; and the harry potter screening preparations with Perfect Events and ACTM -- woo.

Otherwise my other plans this sembreak include attending an advance makeup class, re-reading my favorite books, treetop adventure with blockmates, and working out to lose some weight - hopefully the 3 weeks would suffice.

The past few days proved to be a rollercoaster of events - getting an unexpected good grade in Philo, Accounting (!), Froyo-ing with P5, visitng Father Candy and going out w/ LS friends, meeting a dear family friend I haven't seen in years, and shopping (FINALLY) with my sister. All-in-all, I've been more that thankful to God for this :) what a week indeed.

froyo group pic= how vain -_- haha, and I don't look so happy here..aww.

SHOPPING..!! :D
I must admit that I am quite the shopper, I can't say that I'm a shopaholic 'cause I rarely shop a lot, but I do pick certain "weekends" wherein I'll just buy what I fancy. I went to Forever 21 yesterday, but I did not buy anything! I was way too overwhelmed by how huge the store was. I did enjoy window-shopping inside though. I also drooled over a peacock necklace and a cream-colored lace dress that I found would go well together, but I caught myself. I'd rather not buy just for the sake of buying something from the store..I'll prolly be back next, next week to check out new releases, :) then maybe i'd buy something once and for all.

In the meantime, these are what I rewarded myself for the past few days. :) some are gifts, like the Armani perfume and the brown bag from Guess. :)

amongst these, I was extremely excited for the black brogues that I got at a good price and the Carlos Ruiz Zafon book I have been waiting for months to read.. suffice to say I was able to finish in it one sitting when I got home. :0 It creeped me out, in a good way
